WHO ARE WE
A network dedicated to the fight against sickle cell disease in sub-Saharan Africa
The Central African Sickle Cell Disease Study Network is a network dedicated to the fight against sickle cell disease in sub-Saharan Africa by promoting research, health strategies and collaborations between hospitals, research centers, advocacy groups and industry partners.
Such a network enables the sharing of resources, experiences and expertise to help build and strengthen sickle cell research and clinical capacity in the region.

And so, REDAC was born.
(Central African Sickle Cell Disease Study Network).
Following its first congress held in Kinshasa in May 2010, following a reflection matured during the congress in Brazil in 2009.
Redac is a network dedicated to the fight against sickle cell disease in Sub-Saharan Africa.
